1. Who we are

Detailing Marketing Co is run by Maaz Saleem, Pakistan. Contact: growmoreseo423@gmail.com.

2. What we provide

We provide marketing services for detailing businesses, chosen from the plans on our website: Google Business Profile setup and management, local SEO, a booking page and CRM, missed-call text-back, review requests, and management of Google Ads and Meta ads, with a monthly report. Exactly what is included is in the plan you choose and in the written plan we send you.

3. Fees and billing

• Plans are charged monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee applies where the plan says so.
• Ad spend is separate. You pay Google, Meta and other platforms directly from your own account and card. We never hold your ad budget.
• Prices on our website are for new clients and may change. A price agreed with you in writing, such as the founding rate for our first five businesses, stays as agreed for the period stated.
• Taxes, if any, are added where the law requires.

4. Month-to-month and cancelling

Plans have no long contract. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice (email is fine). You pay for the notice period. The setup fee covers the initial work and is not refunded once that work has started.

You keep your accounts when you leave. We will remove our access to them.

5. Launch Guarantee

Once we have access to your accounts, we submit your Google profile changes within 5 business days and put your booking page live within 7 days. If we miss either date, we waive your next month’s management fee. The guarantee covers our delivery dates only. It does not cover rankings, enquiries, bookings or revenue, and it does not refund ad spend or setup fees.

6. No guarantee of results

Rankings, enquiries and bookings depend on your market, prices, reviews, replies and on decisions made by platforms such as Google and Meta. We do not guarantee any number of calls, bookings, leads or any ranking position. We report what happens each month.

7. What we need from you

• Give us access to the accounts we need, using each platform’s own sharing tools
• Give us accurate information about your business, services and prices
• Answer enquiries promptly, since fast replies drive bookings
• Own or have the right to use the photos, videos and text you give us
• Follow the rules of Google, Meta and other platforms, including honest reviews

8. Reviews and platform rules

We never buy, fake or incentivise reviews, and we will not ask you to. We never use fake addresses or virtual offices for a Google profile. If a platform suspends or limits an account, we will help you fix it, but we cannot control the platform’s decision.

9. Ownership

You own your Google profile, ad accounts, domain, customer list and the content made for you, once paid for. We keep our general methods, templates and know-how. You let us use your results and work as examples only if you agree to this in writing, as with the founding-rate offer.

10. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

11. Liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Ending the agreement early

Either of us may end the agreement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of written notice.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect a plan you have already agreed, unless you accept them or continue after the notice period.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived. Please contact us first so we can try to settle any problem together.
