Who we are

Detailing Marketing Co is a marketing service for car detailing, PPF, tint and ceramic coating businesses. It is run by Maaz Saleem from Pakistan. In this policy, “we” means Detailing Marketing Co. You can contact us at growmoreseo423@gmail.com.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, website and the messages you send, when you book a call, fill in a form, message us or become a client.

Business access details: if you become a client, access to your Google Business Profile, ad accounts, website and similar accounts, shared with us through each platform’s own sharing tools. We never ask you to send us passwords in a chat or email.

Basic website data: like your browser type, device and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools that help the site work and help us understand how it is used.

How we use it

• To reply to you and book your free check
• To provide the services you ask for
• To send invoices and service updates
• To improve this website
• To meet legal obligations

We only contact you for marketing if you have asked us to or if the law allows it, and you can say stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our service, such as website hosting, scheduling (Calendly), messaging (WhatsApp), email, and the booking and CRM software we use for client work. They only get what they need to do their job.

Where we work with the advertising platforms you use (such as Google and Meta), their own privacy terms apply to data on those platforms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your customers’ information

If you are a client, we may handle your customers’ names and contact details, for example from your booking page or missed-call texts. We only use this to run your service, under your instructions, and you stay in charge of it. You are responsible for having the right to contact your customers.

Where data is stored

We are based in Pakistan and use providers in other countries, including the United States. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are talking to you and for a reasonable time after, and client records for as long as we work together and as needed for tax and legal reasons. After that we delete or anonymise them.

• Withdraw consent where we rely on it
